How does a Christian know what God’s view of lust is?
I have seen a video where a guy debunks traditional truth about lust. He says God’s views on lust is to covet. It’s not simply having a sexual thought about a person or saying that person has a hot body. It’s actually stalking or planning on killing someone to get there boyfriend or girlfriend. I am currently looking through 3 different bibles on this subject. 2 of them are talking about totally different things. One is a KJV Bible Commentary and the other is The Recovery Version of the New Testament. Also this guy says that pre-marital sex is not described as a sin anywhere in the new testament. He shows scriptures and the actually greek translations of key words that refute the traditional Christian idea on lust and pre-marital sex.

Jesus Himself said that if we even look at a man/woman with lust in our eyes, it is just as if you had sex with them.
