What evidence in the bible shows that God has a sense of humor?
I often read believers saying He does when I personally don’t see that anywheres in the bible. I can see where “we” might but wouldn’t God be above this? God is Holy and I don’t see Holy and a joke going hand in hand.
sorry guys but none of these strike me as a sense of humor. Each of these examples are important lessons and messages within themselves not a joke or a sense of humor. Am I missing something????

In Genesis 2, after He creates Adam, God realizes that Adam needs a “helper”. So, in what has got to be the single strangest passage in the Bible, he parades all the animals in the world in front of Adam so he can pick one. Only after Adam rejects them all does God bother to make a woman for him. Obviously this was an elaborate prank on God’s part…I can only imagine what humans would look like today if Adam had chosen, say, a walrus.
