What are your views on gay marriage Christians?
I’m a Catholic-Christian, and although I read the bible and see the readings where it states that homosexuality is a sin…I believe that if you love someone, you should be able to be with them for the rest of your life.
Even though there are exact statements in the bible about how being gay marriage is a detestable sin, I also believe that there are verses that oppose of that:
Jesus said, Do not judge, or you will be judged.
And he also said, Love thy neighbor as thyself.
I was just wondering what you thought.
Thanks!
I am a Christian, and I don’t consider a gay marriage any different than a heterosexual marriage, as long as the marriage is a loving one and both partners are faithful. Faithful and loving are the key words for me.
