Where can I find the software programmer.?
I have a old version software that need to be reprogram to run in Win XP or Win VISTA. This software has 6 CD set, each CD set has .about 5,000 to 7,000 of bmp pictures / wav sound files / & short clip movie files can be watch or listen through the navigation screen. I need to know where to find the person who can re-program this software. This is program is for bible study and I am planning to support missionary. I have very tight budget to accomplish this project. Please I really need good advice. Thank you.
