Can anybody quote a chapter of the bible in NIV…..can you qoute James chapters 1 and 2?
I can quote the book of James in NIV version of the bible the first two chapters…what chapters or verses do you know?
I can quote many, because the Bible has been part of my daily life for over 50 years, but my favorite is Ruth 1:16-17
16~ And Ruth said, Intreat me not to leave thee, or to return from following after thee: for whither thou goest, I will go; and where thou lodgest, I will lodge: thy people shall be my people, and thy God my God:
17~ Where thou diest, will I die, and there will I be buried: the LORD do so to me, and more also, if ought but death part thee and me.
Now THAT is love and dedication
But I don’t quote chapters of the Bible just because I can – I quote them because of what they mean to me. To do otherwise, is to take false pride in your knowledge.
